The Good Person Test
Your Answer: I have never stolen anything of value.
To "steal" means to take something
that does not belong to us.
The Ten Commandments say, "Do not steal." They do
not mention a value.
Anytime we take something that does not belong to us we have
stolen it.
It does not have to be something physical. We can steal someone's
place in line (by taking cuts.) If we run a red light we are
stealing time from the person whom we've prevented from going
through the green light. The value makes no difference. If
we have taken something (anything) from someone else, without
their permission, it is stealing.
So, what is someone who has stolen something
called?
